Child and Young Adult Therapy

Trust us in helping your child, adolescent or teen work and overcome their mental health and behavior struggles. Our group integrates evidence based therapy models like TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy), DBT, EMDR, IFS and various others.

Family Therapy 

When an issue affects all members of a family it might be time for family therapy.

Maybe you are concerned about your child’s school performance and withdrawal from the family.  Maybe you and your teen bicker most of the time and you wonder what has changed.  In family counseling the therapist is providing a safe place, in which each member is allowed to share his/her point of view, receive emotional support and will be heard. The therapist with the use of various interventions will encourage a realignment of the family structure in order to decrease current conflict.

Telehealth Therapy

There are many options in today’s world for accessing services using technology. The traditional way of doing all of your counseling in person might not be right for you. While online and phone counseling is different from face-to-face counseling, it has a lot to offer like easier access to a therapist, less time commitments and increased flexibility.
